DeShaun Williams is the Founder and CEO of The Business Blueprint, where he helps new and early-stage service founders bring clarity, structure, and direction to the businesses they are building. His approach is rooted in the belief that an idea and a launch are only the beginning; what sustains a business is the structure behind it and the decisions made along the way.

After launching his first company at the age of twenty, DeShaun learned firsthand how quickly effort can become scattered when the foundation is not clear. That experience shaped the way he works today, helping founders move beyond guesswork by clarifying their business model, organizing the essential pieces, and building with intention from the start.

With a background in business management, entrepreneurship, and business development, DeShaun brings both formal education and real-world experience to every engagement. His work is practical, structured, and focused on helping founders build businesses that make sense, operate with purpose, and are prepared for what comes next.
