Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late changes often leave us unable to offer that time to another client, so the following policy applies to all rescheduling and cancellation requests: More than 24 hours before the appointment: No fee Between 1 and 24 hours before the appointment: A fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service price Less than 1 hour before the appointment: A fee equal to 60% of the scheduled service price No-show appointments: A fee equal to 60% of the scheduled service price All applicable fees are based on the full price of the originally scheduled service and will be charged to the card on file. Any rescheduling or cancellation fee must be paid before a new appointment is confirmed.
